What is Health Coaching?
Health coaching is a collaborative and client-centered approach to improving an individual's overall well-being and achieving their health-related goals. It involves a partnership between a trained health coach and a client, with the primary goal of enhancing the client's physical, mental, and emotional health.
Health coaching is a versatile approach that can be applied in various settings, including healthcare, fitness, nutrition, and stress management. It empowers individuals to take control of their health, make sustainable changes, and ultimately lead healthier and more fulfilling lives. My aim is to aid clients (coachees ) to identify and achieve their Health Goals, through comprehensive Lifestyle changes and commitments approach.
As a Coach I will support and empower my clients to gain further knowledge, skills and tools, to give them the confidence to become an active participant in their own health and wellbeing optimization.
